ExperimentalBass Records is an independent electronic music record label, founded in 2014 and born from a passion for underground music, vinyl culture and DJ-oriented music.

Based in the Canary Islands, Spain, the label has developed a catalogue covering a broad spectrum of electronic sounds, from rave and old-school influences to contemporary underground productions.

Our mission is simple: to release music with identity, support independent artists and keep the spirit of underground electronic music alive.

Our History

Since 2014, ExperimentalBass Records has built an independent catalogue focused on electronic music and both physical and digital releases.

The label has released music in digital and vinyl formats, with particular attention to limited editions, produced in small quantities for DJs, collectors and lovers of physical music.

One of the label's most important series is our Oldskool Series, a project inspired by the sounds, energy and attitude of the golden era of rave and hardcore, combined with a contemporary vision of electronic music.

Over the years, ExperimentalBass Records has continued to expand its catalogue, working with different artists and exploring new sounds while never losing its underground roots.

Our Philosophy

At ExperimentalBass Records, we believe that music comes first.

We are not interested in following trends simply because they are popular. We look for music with personality, energy, character and something different to offer.

Our catalogue connects different generations and styles of electronic music under one common philosophy: creative freedom and underground spirit.

The Team

ExperimentalBass Records is an independent project run by Luis Pitti, DJ, producer and founder of the label.

The project maintains a direct and personal approach, actively taking part in every stage of the process: music selection, release production, vinyl editions, design, promotion and distribution.

We believe an independent label should maintain a direct connection with its artists, DJs, record shops, collectors and audience.

Vinyl & Limited Editions

Vinyl is a fundamental part of the ExperimentalBass Records identity.

We regularly release limited-edition vinyl records, created especially for DJs and collectors who still value music in physical format.

Small pressings, exclusive editions and carefully selected releases are all part of our philosophy.
