All orders are processed and shipped from the Canary Islands, Spain. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout:
- Spain (Peninsula & Balearic Islands): €9.95 – €15.95 | 3–7 business days
- Canary Islands: €9.95 – €15.95 | 3–5 business days
- European Union: €15.95 – €23.95 | 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: €15.95 – €27.95 | 5–10 business days
- United States: €22.95 – €37.95 | 7–14 business days
- International (AU, JP, SG, NO, CH, and others): €24.95 – €39.95 | 10–20 business days
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the Canary Islands may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at [your contact email]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important Note for EU Customers
As our shipments originate from the Canary Islands — a Special Tax Territory outside the EU VAT area — your order may be subject to import VAT upon arrival. This is handled by your local customs authority.
